require libssl.so.2 or libssl.so.4. I go to www.openssl.org and find that 0.9.7m is the latest release. Where are the .2 and .4 major numbers coming from and what distinquishes them from one another? I am trying to build h323 apps and getting all sorts of "library not found errors" conc
