George what you have is openssh; what you need is openssl.

I am installing pvktool to convert .p12 certificate file into p7b and
then the private key file pvk.
I am following the paper of

On the Fedora 7 or 10 and even SuSeLinux, I tried to install pvktool,
but always got the problem as,
