start with SSL handshake with Protocol: TLSv1, Cipher: DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA 256
as a minimum and disable the others.

Hi,
I was having a quesiton that while using OpenSSL on a Windows Mobile
Device. If i am using CAPI engine, then is there a way to make sure that
while doing handshake that only FIPS compliant ciphers are shared.
