Camellia is freely available on several licenses (BSD, GPL, MPL).
IDEA's patent has expired (2011 un Europe, 2012 in Japan+USA).
RC4 is an RSA trademark, no patent has been asked on the algorithm itself.
RC5 is still patented, by RSA.
