Need help troubleshooting SSL error

I'm running an OpenSSL-enabled application (nessus) that fails with the following error message: SSL_CTX_load_verify_locations[737]: error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal:bad decrypt How can I determine the reason for this failure? Thanks! KJ ___
