BIO apis - bind to local ip address.

want to bind my application to secondary ip. Is there a way to accomplish it, because whenever I call BIO_do_connect function it is always binding to primary ip. Any help in this regard is appreciated. Regards, Sriram.

Handshake failures

Getting connect errors on openssl from vbssl client
