1. Open-ssl has a directory 'certs' which seems to
contain CA certs, are those CA trusted certs which are used to autenticate
client certificates, like browsers use to autenticate server certs ?

as I understand, the server can decide a to change a cipher at any time, so
it can send a change_chiper_spec message.
