It's very hard to say what's wrong only from that ..
Anyway, try to see :
- man semctl
- see the source ssl_engine_mutex.c - see with what arguments is semctl
called, it would help to give a hint about that.
- see httpd.conf - SSLMutex directive and mod_ssl user manual (Chapter
3), maybe you
nux instalation.
