Sign.sh on win32

Hi All,    I created my own CA and now want to sign any *.csr file on win32.  I noticed the sign.sh file in mod-ssl and tried to duplicate it on my 2000 machine.  The certificate is created, but when I click on it, it says it's an invalid security certificate.  Anybody have a fix? Help. Plea
