What configuration parameters (NO-XXX) should be passed for the
openssl library to be built to support standard TLS/SSL required for
sending emails through the public smtp servers but at the least amount
of code needed.I have it working (only calls a few BIO_ and/or
SSL_ functions) but add
We (openssl team) work pretty closely with the boringSSL folks. We're reaching
out to MSFT to hopefully do the same.

The OpenSSL wiki has recently attracted the attention of some spammers
who requested accounts and provided what initially appeared to be
reasonable justifications (which we now suspect were just clever
