I've upgraded my web server from Ubuntu 10.04
(openssl 0.9.8k)
to 12.04
(openssl 1.0.1)
recently and have no problems for 99.9% or sites connecting in. However
there is one merchant who is now getting timeouts when truing to connect to
us. They are using a .NET framework 4 environment
