if i have hexa dicimal data of in/out of EAP message and key file (include

how can i decrypt MSCHAPv2 handshake message by using openssl ??

I'm trying to find out whether this is a bug or something changed in
version 1.0.0 in such a way that previous correct workflows to write
openssl servers are not valid anymore, at least on Linux.
Basically, what one has to do to reproduce the bug is to build the
example in the source archive
