and does it run quite well as it run on unix?

Hello,
I am using Cyrus 2.0.16 and OpenSSL 0.9.6 and am using
Outlook as my client to retrieve mail. The client
craps out with a very generic error message:

i need to create private key and certificate and ca certificate all *.pem
files.
and need to know how the password for the private.pem is set while it is
created.
i tried the ca.pl scritpt but it didn't help, i.e nothing created.
can any body help me?
