I cant seem to find any documentation on openSSL/ssleay is there any
available? I noticed the man pages on the open ssl website, but they
contain no real useful information.

using MS Certificate Server is it possible to specify an Email address
in the DN for creating a CA certificate? In the server setup (v1.0) there's
a field called "CA Name" which is the CN of course but I didn't detect
a way to include an Email address as well.
