Hi, With the landing of a patch for SNOW-196 (mutex locking) that was causing freezes, hangs and crashes, we created new binaries for 1.3, aptly named RC 1. We're still unsure about that fix though so please, download, use, test and report bugs in PJIRA when finding them (don't forget screen shot
