Based on comments in the JIRA entry, I've closed this as "Cannot
Reproduce" - not that it can't be reproduced as specified, but that it
is most likely just the interaction of how MagicPrefs implements the
inverted scrolling operation. Case closed, and a big thank you to all

Very good point, and I agree that there should be confirms from
multiple setups. I'm going to verify that it isn't just the MagicMouse
by testing on my mom's Macbook Pro, then I'm going to hunt down other
ways of reversing the scroll direction.
However if it repo's on Linux (via the XOrg trick) I
