I suggest you using your support contract instead of trying to guess a fix.

Yeah I cant add the faulty disk again.
Unfortunately, the original disk was severely damaged when the capacitor
overloaded. The backside of the disk was melted to the point that it would not
connect to a system anymore.
Between I tried import -f using pool id and its not working.

Have you tried import your last step with the pool id instead of the name?

Probably you can "undo" such replacement - plug back the faulty disk, then
import the pool, and only then something like
# zpool remove ...
replace the faulty disk with the new one
# zpool add ...
