Did you read the ReleaseNotes?
There is a big honkin' warning in there that there is a bug in the snoop
Makefile and that you need to make one change in order to build it.
This will be fixed for build 26.

I got the same error, man :-( I do the bldenv ./opensolaris.sh in my workspace
and rebuild again.
This is the mail_msg dropped in logs directory:

Thank you very much for the tip, I'm now building again opensolaris (before
doing bldenv ./opensolaris.sh in my opensolaris-dir/workspace). I'm yet
waiting to end task and reboot (a few hours in my 1.6GHz P4).

Thanks a lot to point it out!
I have encountered the same issue as you have. And fortunately I have got the
work around to make the opensolaris boot up correctly on x86/x64 machines.
What I have done are like this:
o Firstly I have done the nightly build as you did and got the system
