Is it possible to unload zfs module without rebooting the computer. I am making some changes in zfs kernel code. then compiling it. i then want to reload the newly rebuilt module without rebooting. I tried modunload. But its always givin "can't unload the module: Device busy" . What can be the

i changed zfs_vnops.c and wanted to build it. so performed these steps-> 1) bldenv -d ./opensolaris.sh 2) in usr/src/uts/ -> i did dmake common/fs/zfs/ it took 11 mins. is this time normal for building a part of workspace. can this be optimised -- This message posted from opensolaris.org _

we are using Solaris express community edition not Open solaris 2008.05 live cd. And now we have installed the machine with option "entire distribution with OEM" instead of minimal version. For building new kernel image - We are using sun solaris compiler 11 and on closed bins (debug mode). Yes

While building opensolaris source , I got following mail on completion of build. Can somebody tell me whether this error effects my installation of the new kernel image. As the built kernel image is not booting. There were no further warnings or errors in the mail. Thanks in advance for help
