Steve just posted the source for onnv_40, and will also post a nightly
snapshot (20060515) tomorrow/Wed. Build 40 of SXCR is on track to
deliver on 5/26.

Sorry, but SXCR build 38 is not won't be made available today. I know
the team tried very hard to resolve a last-minute legal question, but
were unable to do it in time for the release today.

I agree with others in the thread that we should take Jonathan's comments with
a grain of salt.
GPLv3 is not yet finalized. As such, no one knows what it will or will not
allow, whether or not Solars/OpenSolaris could be dual licensed with it, or
whether or not Linux is going to switch to it.
I believe Chandan gave some assistance, but Steve did all the engineering on
this one.

We're trying to make the O/N builds available more quickly than the ISOs. I
don't have an ETA for the ISOs for 31, but they are available (roughly) every 2
weeks when there isn't a legal problem. 30 was posted on Friday (before it was
removed on Tuesday), so I don't think 31 will be available un
