I tried again and this time it got worse--down to 20KB/s. I am giving up on
installing 10u4 for now.
BTW, SDM worked OK on my SuSE 10.2; it appeared that it is the nv_70 version of
SDM that's having problems.

Hi Folks,
This is great to see, I was playing with the binaries that were available from
August 14th a few days ago in order a new iPod nano, one question though - is
the code in the webrev substantially different from the code base that the
binaries from Aug 14th were built from? If so would i

FYI :
I placed download links for easy access on the home page at Blastwave.org

Every development build has problems though, it is just part of development.
Developers don't care if a past development build had problems, because they're
already onto

The concept of a "major release
Hi,
this is a heads-up of a significant codechange about to go into PCFS.
I've put a webrev for the proposed change up at:
http://cr.grommit.com/~frankho/
Why is this big / significant ?
a) it provides most of the support for media with 2kB sectorsize
(the infamous "my iPod isn't a

10 on it.
I first install Windows XP, and all works well.
Then I tried to install Solaris 10. After related drivers installed, both
thenetwork and video now works well. However, the sound card still not works.

Im new to Solaris so I cant really say how things would work.
But would there be a way for (Open)Solaris have a module in the kernel to
run Java in a native/faster/better way ?
Would be better to build software with Java on the top of the existing
Solaris ? I think that if this could be done someho
