Did you try the at91sam9260 script in the OpenOCD target library?

Hi,
As feedback I'd like to announce that I have tested OpenOCD trunk and
found that jlink works with my
at91sam9260-based board.
I was unable to halt board immediately. Allowing it to run for some
time works though:
