Finally my MCB1760 dev board from Keil arrived and I programmed the
support of LPC1768 with excitement. Attached is a patch against trunk
of R2578.
LPC1700 flash support is made as an extension of LPC2000 driver with
several tweaks. Also created tcl config files for Keil MCB1760 board

This is due to the bug in the Jlink driver I reported earlier! The stableclocks
JTAG command is not implemented in the Jlink driver. This can be fixed by copy
& pasting some code from another driver.

What target is this config file for?
Could you submit a fully working .cfg file w/reference to the
target you are working on?
I'm always looking to increase the # of working .cfg files in the
target config library.
