Yeah, it would be good if someone could help nail what's wrong with
ARM11 here. I looked at Alan's debug logs, and I'm just not able to
figure it out without actually running the part. ARM7 and ARM9 appear
to work. Sergey, are you able to help us with this? Did you get a
JLink yet? BT

All were tested against the MC1322x after I made the changes.
I did not attach a new MC1322x config since that did not change.

Definitely. I have a STR912FA target (for which OpenOCD has just barely
worked for me, after some hacks), but I need to make its support stable
enough for use in a production line. I have downloaded your newest
patches and will report issues to that thread.
