most probably you need to
SET JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_06
in this case
build.xml (line 894)
will find this jar

I am getting an error when I try to build the openmeetings
application from windows command "Could not find file
Openmeetings\{tools.jar.path}" Actually my tools.jar path location is

I added two lines in build.xml I and don’t know the reason why again getting
the same error
I added first line like this JAVA_HOME: ${java.home}
Second line normal TOOLS JAR PATH: ${tools.jar.path

can you manually edit build.xml file and add following lines to it:
right after line 871:
add the following code:
JAVA HOME: ${java.home}
then right after line (~877):
add the following code:
TOOLS JAR PATH: ${tools.jar.path}
save the file
and run "ant prepare.eclipse
