Alexei is right,
the MindMapping feature was developed some time ago. But I had no time to
refactor the code to fit into the new layout and commit to the SVN yet.

i saw a video on youtube where the feature was displayed. How can I get this to
work?
I installed a fresh system like the guide from Stephen Cottham "OpenMeetings
2.X Installation on Debian 64bit Squeeze". This works like suggested, but there
is no mindmap-feature.
