mozilla browser - 10.0.2
I am facing problem while playing video playing which were uploaded to the
files folder.
Do you mean to say newer versions do not have this problem?

Are you using the last version? Which browser do you use?
Are you talking about video records? There should be some recent
progress in this field.
As for "video chat", it should be stopped via moderator functions in
"restricted" room types.

- there is no way to stop playing the video, it continues to play even if
you close the video window
- also if you try to resize
