what I did:
1) install resource kit (ignore warning)
2) copy instsrv.exe srvany.exe into OM folder
then did all your steps
The only issue I see right now
all logs are now in:
C:\Windows\System32\log\

I tested the same thing but with the exe wrapper I sent a few days ago and it
worked in win7 64 bit.

Microsoft site reports Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit is not compatible
with x64 :(
It is display alert regarding it has compatibility issues while installing
