if you want to do what greenes said with command, do it with these commands:
$ sudo ufw allow 5080
$ sudo ufw allow 1935

here you can build regla to open ports:
5080
1935

Hello. I had the same problem a short time ago. You have to traverse
required ports in Firestarter.

type "ufw disable" in term window
Ubuntu Firewall settings need to be set.
