Hi Alexey,
please rerun the recording. You have to re-recorder the recording there was
an issue with the recording.

Alexey,
At the bottom left corner of the “Recordings” page where you would watch the
recording you should see to buttons, I would suggest you select “AVI” format to
download. Please see the attached image where I have circled in read the two
buttons.
