You need 2Gb RAM (better 4 Gb) + modern processor to run Openmeetings
server. The main requirement is bandwidth, you need 0,25 Mbit/sec per
user for webinar. If you want a conference with m visible users
(instead of 1 in a webinar case), you'd need ~mn/4 Mbit/sec on the
server side.
