For HTTPs you can review any of the various documentations in the web, as it is actually a usual Apache Tomcat Webserver that is configured to handle SSL. For RTMPS I cannot give any advice, I think it should be possible to run both, HTTPS and RTMPS on port 443 with some mod_proxy rewrite rules an
