When I check around for hosting services (I do it a lot, part of my job)
I always check availability of Solaris like OSs. I must say that the
result is sad.
OVH is the only cheap service that provides OpenSolaris 2009.06 support.

Does Joyent still use some variant of Solaris? I checked their web site a few
weeks ago and saw only Linux offerings but that was not the case a couple of
years ago. I think OI might be more viable in the hosting market once it has a
stable paravirtualization offering.
