I did another strange thing that worked (partialy inspired by

I bluntly copied ce (file) from installed Solaris 10 (using USB stick...)
into every possible location (/kernel/drv/sparc9, and some other...)
created empty ce.co

Digging with prtconf (and friends) I found out it is:
pci bus 0x cardnum 0x01 function 0x00: vendor 0x108e device 0xabba
Oracle/SUN Cassini 10/100/1000
and the driver is no
