Not everyone is able to participate, even if they want to. Some people who are
not able to participate make valuable contributions to the project.
It is useful for interested parties to be able to engage in the discussion.

Sorry, brain fart. Too much BS with groups.io lately. However, I think the
association should exist as a dues paying mailing list which is open to public
to read and dues paying members to post.
