Review parent/child structures
Sometimes we obtained same error on past when one child apairs as parent of
his father. This is ... Ciclycal dependency. It's solved when structure is
correctly set

No problem from my side if you want to delete oca/mrp, we can use
oca/manufacture
Probably it was created just because we didn't know there was another
project with same purpose.

Just a small doubt. There is one manufacture branch with 3 modules and
another mrp branch that is empty.
Wouldn't be better having only one repository for manufacturing instead
having two?

If modules are too small changing so little concept and you are inheriting
several times as you said, then merging them wouldn't be a bad idea.
So i recomend before doing anything you think about functional blocks
covering specific funtionality. Each one of this blocks

As Nhomar told you I think that the anouncement of Fabien on this thread
about the new croudfunding project for pos and asking community to
contribute on it is totally made on rigth place.
As Pedro said extra modules are made to complement/extend core funtionality
but not to fork it.
