I think we need to
- Drop gpgme.pc, it is duplicated with pkgconfig.patch
- Rebase pkgconfig.patch to 1.8.0
- Split cmake config to ${PN}-dev
- Update LIC_FILES_CHKSUM, because copytright year changed.
