The Country Local Matrix (CLM) blob brcmfmac4373-sdio.clm_blob was not
included with the files for the linux-firmware-bcm4373 package
but instead packaged with linux-firmware.

more advanced people in oe-core, bitbake, kernel, WiFi driver mwifiex
can provide me more information.
Honestly, I don't think the issue is related to connman or
wpa_supplicant at all but on the dhcp level.

Yes, I have, but with Network Manager instead of connman. WiFi works
