Is there a way to notify the enforcer only for one zone, or one set of
zones ? That way, it would be possible to just add and sign a new zone
without having to run the enforcer through all zones.
That would be like "rndc reconfig" instead of "rndc reload" with bind,
which is quite useful for reg
