Are you sure that it does not need swig? When I removed swig and used cmake (cmake -DPYTHON_BINDINGS=ON .) I got: Warning: Python bindings NOT found. Generate using -DRUN_SWIG. And with swig, I keep on getting the previous errors. -- View this message in context: http://forums.openbabel.org/
