With the file in attachment, you can test that there's no thumbnail. There
should be but there's not. What's at false here? Dolphin?

The attachment provided showed thumbnail with latest KDE. But some other PDFs
did not. I want to email the attachment to someone responsible because it's
above 4MB. Who in this list should I sent it to?
