P.S.
The Debian-Testing (Bullseye) system is freshly set up and I changed any Okular
or printing dialog settings. So it's all still at default (margins, etc., ...).

Same for me. (Debian-12 Linux)
I'm getting a lot of information from service providers as individual PDF files
(e.g. monthly bank account statements).

Workaround:
Enable tabs in the Okular settings and open all PDFs in a folder at once.
Additionally select an appropriate default scaling in the Okular settings.
