I don't know what is used. These are presentattions in PDf that we got from our
professr at university.. The file properties says Acrobat PDFMaker 9.1 for
PowerPoint/Adobe PDF Library 9.0

Yeah, works fine in Okular from Flathub. Do they use different fonts or
something else is maybe different.
This is the info from openSUSE:

I managed to reproduce the bug even with Flathub version, and also workaround
the bug in the openSUSE version. It looks like the bug happens when I enable
the "Enable text hinting" option in "Performa
