Interesting, I have the same version (current arch linux) as Alexey, and
QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS=1 has no visible effect for me.
QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS=1 QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=1 okular
does the same
