[okular] [Bug 444623] Okular does not render annotation colours correctly. It renders them all as grey.

hello 1-It is good and useful to us to have a translator tool in okular to translate a selected word or phrase offline or online. 2- and also dark mode of reading documents in okular, I mean dark background and light text colors.
