But it's also broken like it is because for a bigger part of the world
population, the name will be printed incorrectly, think about François
(Franois), Noël (Nol), Mátyás (Mtys), Þuríður (urur), and all names in
non-lat

I think a good value would be "Half Page Height", so in widescreen monitors I
see half of the height even if width is less than 100. So then with "Page Down"
key I see each page in 2 keystrokes.
