I would like to organize a mini virtual sprint with the goal of completing
some stale MRs regarding Okular annotations. Me and David Hurka had lengthy

Apologize for my poor expression. I reinstalled Okular from Microsoft Store
today and found that the Chinese filename display issue has been solved. Really
appreciate the quick fix!
