I don't think it is a good idea to clutter the Ui with more toolbars. I don't
use all Annotation Tools so it would be a problem to have 6 items in toolbar
that can't be changed. I only use Highlight and si

I think you can double click once at the beginning of your few hours of reading
and it'll be like 0.1% of your time. No need to clutter the interface for
something 1 person needs.

That is really weird.
I just installed kubuntu 14.04.1 in a second computer and can't reproduce the
crash at all.
Are you using any custom repositories or something that might create issues?
