You noticed wrong, okular_part properly exports the option to remove the page
bar (since you can access it perfectly from Konqueror), if Kile doesn't show
it, complain to Kile people.
And no, i'm not restoring

I only use the okular part in Kile... I'm seeing now it works differently in
konqueror, I'll go ask Kile people about it.
