Also sorry if the "full screen" was confusing. Hyperref using "FullScreen" to
request essentially presentation mode in Acrobat and beamer uses it for this as
well.

Ideally, I would like:
1) a command line switch --nopresentation which would ignore document requests
to use presentation mode rather than triggering a dialogue asking me what I
want to do.
